In a vintage considered difficult Stephanie Toole has produced a magnificent gem of a wine with lifted floral notes of lavender and slaty minerals over a core of lime and mandarin fruit. It is most compelling as a infant but with its dry finish and lingering acidity it will continue to develop and drink superbly as a mature wine. This is a single vineyard wine that is certified both organic and bio-dynamic. The dedication and hard work in the vineyard has paid off in the bottle.
