Beechworth in North Eastern Victoria has been home to some of Australia’s finest Chardonnays and you can now confidently add Domenica to this list. Peter Graham makes the wine and he served an extensive apprenticeship under master winemaker Rick Kinzbrunner. He is now a shining star himself. The fruit flavours are perfectly balanced with some toasty oak and whilst the palate displays a creaminess no single flavour dominates. The finish is long lasting.
