Established back in 1976 Robert Stein has a proud history and the Riesling is a great example of their commitment to quality. The vineyards are planted at an altitude of around 550m which affords significant diurnal variation. The warm days modified by cool nights to extend the ripening period and the grapes retain plenty of acid which is critical in the composition of good Riesling. There are the trademark lime aromas that continue on the palate and the finish is marked with pronounced acid to compliment the dry finish.
