One of the wine industry’s truly great people Dean Hewitson just doesn’t know how to make an ordinary wine. Whilst he receives great acclaim for his reds his whites are exceptional. Sourced from an Eden Valley with a mix of limestone and granite soils the wine’s name gives it all away. The flinty mineral edge lifts the lime and other citrus juice into a heady mix. The finish is bone dry and with plenty of crisp acidity it lingers on and promises to age well in the cellar.
