JM Sélèque’s flagship cuvée, a favourite in grower-producer Champagne circles, is composed of predominantly Chardonnay with Pinot Meunier and a small amount of Pinot Noir. Complexity abounds with apple, pear and floral tones, with brioche, chalky minerality and finishing with a gently smoky top note. It’s crisp but rich and full-bodied, with a long and youthful finish. Joyful artisanal Champagne!
