Prosecco is a fun drink. It is almost like a sherbet with a bit of an extra kick due to the alcohol. It is made with the Glera grape which is indigenous ton the Veneto region. The bubbles come from a second fermentation in a pressure sealed tank which means that the freshness of the fruit is retained. Whilst the wine is called Extra Dry there is a small amount of residual sugar to balance out the tingle from the acidity. Drink this with friends when you want to kick start a party.
